Hahah! I thought your Urbo was for real and was something I've never heard of before.

Urbo my NEW word for the Turbo cause that what the car makes an urrrr noise not a turrr noise :)
The Turbo is a Garret T28 that is tucked away near the steering shaft.
The urbo spools at 2000rpm at 7psi but drops back to 4psi after 8000 to minimise rev stress.
A TSI piggy is used with this apli
not much gain is gained only 11% at the wheel but hey, We now have 55% TORQUE at 5500rpm
Stage 2 coming soon i cant wait for that one with approx 20% more power.
Price some say it tooooo dear at $7900 aussie dollars
Some say it's cheap compared to other turbo urbo kits

The R Master could well and truly be the master of Rotaries in oz

They kept the stock ECu and exhaust and tell you not to push over 7000rpm. They means .... BS

hmmm, not neccesary. stock ecu does not need to be changed... but most often, it usually is for a turbo. but at least we're getting somewhere, lets hope stageII is more impressive and more economical :) and i might give it a try

Where did you get this article, and what is that dyno referring to? 189hp at the wheels is just about nothing more than stock...

The article is from the Motor Magazine in Australia. 189 hp at the wheel cf 140hp at the wheel in the same condition is ok.

Have you seen we cannot do a perfect dyno run to get to the Mazda stated power yet? Get real man!

bottom line Stage II is Stage I is Japan. Rotor Master stage 1 is stage 0 in Japan ;)

Omicron I did give you the manufacturers name. If you Knew how to abbreviate in Rotary lingue the R means Rotary and Master means Master and in english lingue if you put them together they spell Rotary Master ;)
