If someone already posted this I apologize. If not, check out this article from Hookedondriving.com. They had a RX8 for a few days and took it to Thunderhill and had great things to say about it.

Excellent find. I have driven my RX8 on Thunderhill and truly enjoyed it.

Note the comments in their "press release" about the video they made at Thunderhill..

"Thanks to Thunderhill for hosting the HOD production team for three days – and to Mazda USA for loaning us a brand new RX-8 to put through its paces. That is an outstanding car that is a great value - a very nice option for a track day/every day car. "

Has anyone seen this video? Need a review from an RX-8 owner!

Good stuff. Thanks for posting that. I'd love to see that video and will try to hunt it down.

He didn't say anything we didn't already know though, right?

I talked to the hooked on driving guy yesterday (David Ray). We're trying to set up an RX8 track day at Thunderhill in the upcoming months. Let me know if anyone is up for it.

In regards to the Video, there is an event at Thunderhill on June 16th. David said that if I can get just 1 person from this forum to sign up for it, he'll give me the Video for free. So please PM me if you are going to sign up so I can get that damn video! If I get the Video, I will be happy to burn it for others if it's burnable.

William

It is killing me, but the timing is bad for me. I would love to make it but I already have commitments on the 16. I am looking at being back to Thunderhill in July though and would be interested in an RX8 track day.
