I'm buying an RX-8 red, but im not sure what price i should debate and which dealer is better.

I went to Wofle Mazda yesterday. The dealer offered me around 40600 without taxes. Was it a good deal?

BTW, the car was really fun.... can't wait to get it....

If that's the GT w/ moonroof, 6cd changer then you're paying pretty much the same as what I paid a month ago (give or take a hundred).

take it and ask for strakes and front and rears accents !

i went to richmond mazda and metrotown mazda today, but i couldn't get better price there. any suggestion for better dealer?

im wandering if the price of rx-8 is going up or something cuz the dealer told me the 04 rx-8 was not imported untill the 05 comes out.

Simple, it's easier to sell sports cars in the summer.

and they will be cheaper cuz they gotta get ready for the 05 stock

also realise that in Canada there is far FAR less product competitive with the RX-8, especially for the price.

the S2000 and 350Z (track package) both are way way way WAY more expensive, and i don't know about the price of the G35 Coupe (which is the only one that comes close to the level of utility), but i do know that the Crossfire is both way the hell slower and more expensive (freakin' morons need only apply here).

yeah, if you can hold out on getting one, hold out, especially if the price coming down some is something very important to you.

cant wait to get one cuz i just got my licence, it means it will be my 1st car........

You still haven't told us what version of the RX-8 (GS, GT?) and what options were on the car (moonroof, nav?) offered at 40.6K?? That's pretty important to consider whether that's a good deal or not... ;)

Originally, there were only supposed to be 700 2004 RX-8s available in Canada. I haven't heard if that number was actually increased, but it is quite possible that there will be no more 04 RX-8s available this year, and that the next batch will be 05s in September. Supply is limited...
