Are these decent foglights?

I want to replace my fog lights but I don't want to spend $120 on PIAA's if I can get a comparable bulb.

Those Nokya's are a 100w which I just noticed. No bueno for the foglight to my understanding...
I found these through a link on a previous post(Yes I did use the search!)

Not sure if those are worth my $39.
I guess I just want something to get rid of that cream color, perferably something to match my HIDs and something that will last.
