No one is "making" a grille yet, you'll have to make your own via the links pointed out above.

personally, i'm waiting for a full transformation meaning not something that just goes over the plastic mesh...i'm not too keen on the chrome (i like the blackness of my car) look but i definitely would like something that replaces the mesh, maybe just some vertical lines

I'm not sure this grill is available stateside, but it looks pretty cool. And only 37,000 yen!! The second link is the original SEMA pic, which was done as a one off, unfortunately, but really looks great.

(click on the RX-8 link once on the site and scroll down)

And the SEMA car:

Yea but I don't think the black grill will stand out much more than the stock space we have now. Is there a pic of the blakc grill on an RX-8 to see if it stands out??

The LEG grill from Japan is meant to be painted. They had differenct colored ones on the site before but they changed the site layout. The grill also has pre-drilled screws to accept a license plate- you have to wonder why Mazda designed the front end like this when their own home market demands a front plate.

I finally got my Billet Grille installed. I cannot believe how good it looks. It is an overlay grille from Precision Grilles.

That looks nice.

I was thinking this would be a good look and could be done with a bit of work.

Hey, not bad! How much was it, and where can it be purchased? Also, do they have a model with less cross bars?
