I just checked the dealer today....when i bought mine the base price was $26,700.
I looked now and the base has gone up to $29,900....WTF! Glad i bought mine when i did!

I doubt it would go up that much. Maybe a couple hundred dollars unless they have added more options to base.

MazdaUSA is still quoting the same base price-26,600 or so for the 6 speed. Add destination charge and you get 27,200--same as it has been. Local stock in my area hasn't changed, either.

He might be confused with a Touring model
