I went today to a place that speacializes in aftermarket accessories. To make a long story short I was told that if I add anytype of aftermarket exhaust or basically do anything, my warranty will be VOIDED. Has anyone had any experience dealing with this?

 

dont sweat it, the dealership i work for doesnt even care what exhaust is on your vehicle that just means those parts you replace lose their warranty.

 

Make sure to do a search, as this has been discussed previously in greater detail.

My me, I decided the dealership would decide for me if it would void the warranty -- according to them last week, it would.

That told me if I put an exhast on, I would then have issues with any further service at that dealership, even though SEMA has addressed warranty issues involving aftermarket parts.

If you have a dealership willing to keep your warranty intact, try to get it in writing, and go get your exhaust

 

My dealer said they would put my cat back on for me, no big deal.

 

How about a Cold air inake?
