So i got a minor scratch on my passenger seat. I admit it was my fault, i had my jacket on the seat and went and sat on it and the zipper mustve made a scratch. My seats were in perfect condition until now. Ive tried leather conditioners and cleaners they work for about a day then the scratch shows up again. ANy ways to remove the scratch permanently ?? It bothers me

My parents have one of those crazy italian leather couches, and it came with some kind of leather patch/resin that you use if you ever get scratches on them, it also supposudly helps fill in any punctures. Maybe look for something like that?
edit: here is an interesting fix : http://www.ehow.com/how_4424887_repair-scratches-leather-furniture.html

I while back I used to work at a place that had a repair department. The repairs always looked terrible. If you have a big gaping hole, I would say do the repair. If not, the repair might actually be more noticable. Maybe there are people that can do the repair alot better but in my experience, it may not be worth it.

I would leave it, like super said you may just make it more noticeable. I scratched mine with something in my back pocket

Any got anything else as a solution to this? I have a...reasonably.... minor scratch caused by a random passenger. It's not all the way through the leather, but it's 4-5"long and dead center of the cushion.

You can't repair the leather, you can only make it look a tad better if the scratch is just marginal (little abrasion).
You could take the bet with old leather by having it it re-tinted\painted after thorougly cleaning it. The paint will cover the little scratch.
Having it reupholstered is the best option though. Katskin offers something.

One of my friends just tried this on his seats. Though I haven't seen it in person yet, he said it worked pretty good...
