Hi, I am new to the forum and looking to purchase a 2004 RX8 with 43,000 miles. It is an automatic and has all of the options including a Navigation System. I am aware that a person takes a risk buying a pre-owned vehicle but it is from a reputable Mazda dealer. Are there certain things I should ask or look for before deciding to purchase.

^Yes, do that.... Also, get get them to run a compression test if they haven't already.

 

You should ask if they have a manual car anywhere around there. The auto sucks, but any auto pre 2006 is even worse.
