Right, trying to get info on the AP is starting to become an epic head ache now and I am resorting to potentially becoming flamed :P

So I have UKDM car, 6MT aka 231 over here.

I have the AEM intake, Borla cat back and will hopefully be getting a BHR decat in the nearish future.

Now obviously next logical step will be a good tune, and the pettit ANP seems to be pricey with the kit not being as good and limited to one map per payment etc.

So questions are:

Can I buy an AP second hand from someone on here, or does anywhere still have them in stock, I know MM still shows them for sale on his site but not sure if this was up to date. And then get this tuned for my set up. As cobb seem to shun any CAI and not offer any tune for it or a catless mid pipe.

Can Mazdamaniac do all these wonderful things and make me a tune simply via the info I send him? Or will I require things like a wideband AFR which I dont yet have during the tune?

.......As you can tell I am very confused and cant find any AP for sale in europe so can only assume I can by one from over the pond and then have it tuned to my car?

If you drive an s2 rx8 then you will not be able to purchase and use an accessPORT.
If you just chose the wrong forums then yes, buy the AP from Jeff and be done with it!

 

Yeah sadly lots of conflicting info and too many sources of info lol.

Nope I have a S1 and was just hoping it was available with my mods. How much will it cost to buy and tune from Jeff, (who assume is MazdaManiac?)

I have no idea since i bought mine some time ago.
The custom tune idea is great but it takes some time, you'll surely enjoy it.

Cobb's custom tunes are crap by the way =)
