p5turbo sent it to me. there is a link in this thread (http://www.rx8forum.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=2005) to an animated version of it and some othe ranimations. i asked him before using it and he sent me the frame out off the animation so it's a lot clearer than if i had just grabbed it and then shrunk it.

and you are right it is a long read. i was really pissed (angry, not drunk for you brits ;) ) when i wrote it but i'm feeling much better now:D
