hi all i have a numnber plate for sale....it was made before the rta's change in number plate prices so you do not have to pay the yearly fee....white number plate with black writing..:


IRX 081.... when it is actually on the plate thhe 'I' and the '1' doesnt have the little spokes up the top so it looks as if there is a frame like so:
