...one more to the noise category:

I noticed it today. The squeak seems to be coming from the engine/front axle area. Reminds me of the sound a loose pulley does. And I can only detect it while idling the car, and from outside of it only.

Trying to detect it with the doors and windows up is impossible. I am going to check with the dealer. I have less than 2,000 miles left until tire rotation (7,500) and will call soon to schedule and appointment with the doctor --I mean the service dpt.

Has anyone had a similar noise? Or any other possible sources for that noise (I repeat: picture a loose pulley.)
