Just to give you some European thoughts about the RX8, the Belgian magazine Le Moniteur Automobile reflects the rest of the press on this continent in ranking it number one.

They ran a detailed comparo between the RX8, 350Z, AUdi TT 3.2DSG and the Chrysler Crossfire.

Results:
1. Mazda RX8 21 points
2.Nissan 350Z 18 points
3. Chrysler Crossfire 16 points
4. Audi TT 15 points

In summary, they say theat the RX8 is just as good in pure performance AND much more versatile, which deserves the winning position.

Its a shame I'm using all my holidays this year going to Australia and I wont be able to do the annual drive from England via France and Belgium to Holland (and coming back via a veriety of routes including Germany and Luxemburg). It would be a great way to stretch the RX8's legs - and see just how many different filling stations I'd have to stop at :(
