Finally got the whip off the bricks and it had a CEL. Took it to autozone had it read this is what it said: PO-456 the guy told me it was a (small leak in the evap system) what does that mean he said something is loose could be the gas cap etc has any had this code or know what could be wrong??


Part 2: I have an RX-7 store midpipe and a mazdaspeed catback

first: the OEM gasket fits around the mid pipe but not inside the catback so I have a huge gap and the noise is unbearable! any suggestions on a fix for this!

Second: being that the mid-pipe is 3" and the exhaust is 2.5" I'm getting alotta popping and what seems like back pressure is this normal or is there something wrong?

So did tightening the cap or a new one fix it?

Yea I open the gas cap and there was actually rust on the metal so I order a new cap off rx8strakes last Wednesday should b here 2marrow!

Now I'm having vibration problems not sure what it is I'm gonna check my sparkplugs today do u think water mixed in with the gas could have something to do with it
