Hi, im located around the bay area.
I'm currently looking for a 6 speed Pearl White RX-8 with under 50K miles.

2005 White Water Pearl Grand Touring, 47k miles, $13k. (Cheap because there is a scratch near the gas tank lid -- I've just been too busy to have it fixed.) Pacifica/San Francisco. 100% stock.

If I sell it, then I can buy a 2009!

I forgot to mention that it has a bumper to bumper warranty good for another year and brand new tires.

I don't know about that.
With all the Rebates and discounts on new cars you can get these days it doesn't seem like anyone wants a used car.
Did you know that you get your sales tax back during tax time on a new car if you buy it by February?

No, you don't. You get to deduct the sales tax from your earned income. It's not quite the same thing.
