I saw a well built RX-8 at the ARRC this weekend at Road Atlanta. Is this a member of RX8Club?

Yeah, that is Tom's car. I went over and crewed for him since my 240Z is out with an engine freshening.

BTW, Tom and the RX8 won the 3 hour enduro 1st in class and 1st overall. GOOD JOB TOM!

I have a pretty short clip of him shifting on the back straight followed by some nice exhaust flames. Great car!

This is my good buddies Tom's car. Oddly enough it will be in my shop later today to get a diff cooler installed.

It will also be at the upcoming NASA Road ATL event in NASA where Tom, Jay Andrew (Hawk Brakes) and myself will be running the 9 hour enduro on Friday.

Stop by and say hello if you like. We will put you in the car, buckle you in and you can make zing, zing noises.

Yea, Eric and Tom took first place in class at the NASA-SE 9 hour endurance race with that car at Road Atlanta last weekend. Eric, we had a blast watching you guys up on the hill at 10b. What a great weekend. I think we all had a blast!

and they continued to use the same brake pads after the enduro--for the rest of the next day--the new hawks pads rock.
