Hey when i start my car, sometimes theres a sound like running water. I think its coming from the dash. I've read it could be air in the coolant? But it also has been raining a lot these past few days. If it is the coolant how should i fix this? IE bleed the coolant? how would i do that. please help
Thanks

you might have some bubbles in the heater core....turn the heat on full blast and drive it like that for a bit and see if it goes away....if you can stop on a steep hill for a few minutes with the nose way up it will help too.
Another thing could be water in the A/C system...is your passenger floor wet?

the passenger isn't wet, and it doesnt always make the sound, but i will definitely try running it full blast like you said, perhaps even the hill. if i can find a hill around here that is lol.

I have the same sound...
Occasionally when I start the car cold, it gives the flushing water type of sound... No idea what it is, but then again like the OP, it's been raining quite a bit lately...

I used to hear it when my coolant level was a bit low, filled it up, haven't heard it since.

wats the answer?
first off, it's normal
and most people saying its air in the heater core and either 1. drive on hill at full tilt near redline and hit brakes occasionally, or 2. check coolant levels
