See that rotor on the right? My neighbor stuck one in a bucket of some kind of acid for 2 months (to create a patina), and then put a clock in it! It was a christmas present.

I think the price quoted in the magazine was somewhere around $200 (give or take a few dollars...)

First let me say I think it's pretty funny too,
However, unless it's bigger then I think it is I would like to point out that all though Beta's and some frogs can be found living in glass jars and small bowls, that it is not healthy or happy for them to live this way. Please do research on your pets first before doing anything weird like this with them.
