Lease Rates These Days?

Anyone lease an RX-8 recently? Care to share your numbers? I'm sick of driving a **** box, I think it's time for my 3rd RX8 Mazda seems to have an eternal lease deal on a sport 8, but DCS is a deal breaker for me so I guess I have to go GT if I get a 2010. Not sure about 2009's, I can't find the model breakdown for them. If I can get a real good deal on a 2009 GT, I might have to do that. I know I'll regret it a little bit once gas is back up to $4 a gallon. But my choice is regret + happiness or no regret + misery.

RX-8 has really crappy resale value, you are better off buying and then selling later by getting the best price. I think there is a $4K rebate on the 2009. I saw a 2009 base that the dealer is willing to sell for $21500
