I'm Getting tint tommrow SCWEET! ill post pics. anyways Texas state law says it can be 25% on the front and back side windows, and any percentage on the back window. what would be a good combo? or should i just go 25% all around? :rock:

i got 5% on the back 3 and 20% on the doors im happy with it. i dont get hassled by the cops

Just got it done, i did 20% all around, with 5% eyebrow on the windshield, ill take pics later if i can find my camera, well peace! i have to go to work :/ :cwm27:

!!!$80 wow what a steal. I want 20% all around like my other cars but since the prev owner of my 8 had tint installed it will cost me $225 to have it stripped and put back on.. for that price.. I will just keep what I got.

yeah I had 20% done all around as well... I really wish I had gone darker because night driving isnt any worse than without tint

I had darker 5% before on my other cars as well as 10% and 15% as well. You may THINK that anything darker than 20% will work, but it really does hinder some of your abilities to see at night. Especially with a car with as many blind spots as the RX8!

When I got my tint done they covered my window switches with tape... it was hilarious :lol: I couldnt roll down the windows for 3 days :mad:

Thanks bro. i didnt want togo to dark in the back, cause it would be to dark to back out at night. lol and i wanna keep some view around my soundings while driving like the police lol.

Yes it is! as long as you don't pass that line near the rear view mirror it's legal. You can go as dark as you want. i went with the darkess 5% limo tint is what the shop i went to calls it they told me it's legal. The legal limit is 35% on the sides, and as dark a you want in the rear. Hope this helps :ylsuper:

You should, it would look sweet. if you guys want me to take how it looks inside i will. Im talking to the manager soon hopefully, so i can get tinted tails too, and Eyebrows for the headlights. :SHOCKED:

35% is nice but it looks kinda light too me. But what ever floats your boat, yeah im planing to get my stickers redone :lol2: but im out of town as we speak so i can't do anything
