Three of the four wheels were refurbished and powdercoated. All were damanged with numerous large chips, scratches, and dents. All were slightly bent. Seller had sent pictures of wheels prior to purchase, and needless to say they weren't the wheels I received. Worst shipping job I've ever seen. Packaged two wheels face to face with no protection. Buyer says he had someone else ship them. This is guy is 19 years old, irresponsible, and fradulent. Seller used numerous different emails addresses and associated paypal accounts. Police and federal internet fraud investigation ongoing.

unpacked wheels three times to take pictures for buyer.

The wheels were damaged in shipping. Thats how they were chipped. I insured the wheels for theprice even thoguh

the buyer did not pay for it, I was more than happy to refund money until he called me

And I have never had those wheels refurbished detective. How in the hell do you ruin three wheels at one time.
