Soo i read a bit but i want to know who has tried to take the muffler out and just have a straight pipe back and out. what happened? Size tips? Size piping? things that could happen? i heard it can put ur car in limp mode or soo anyone that has tried this and has information can u help me out?:icon5:

works fine, just use 4 inch pvc.

no i will not put your car into limp mode, and you will throw a CEL, and takin out you muffler does not mean you have a straight pipe :banghead:

Sometimes, I leave my car on in my garage and sit there for hours. It's suppose to be healthy for your lungs. :)

my straight pipe is pretty quite at start up, then it gets loud and raspy around 4k rpms
