I Just bought a 2004 rx8 88k miles

what can be the solution to these issues:

-high fuel consumption I do a maximum 190 miles per tank
-take 2-3 seconds to start
-when i release the clutch, i hear a little sound

I checked if all recalls ad been done

fuel is normal.
Might need a tune up. Unless you can tell it has been done recently, thats the first thing ou do on a new used car.

Slow start is normal. We have an updated starter for 500 bucks but still starts slow.

Battery has been upgraded to 35 series. No longer 26R, so check that.

Take it in for the latest flash. It is free.

That is probably the pilot bearing you hear. That is normal.

If i change the spark plugs, do you recommend changing the ignition coil and wire too..or changing only plugs is okay

Since it is used.....

Replace the coils and wires, then you should be good to go for another 80k miles for wires and coils.

Do plugs every 25 to 30k miles.

Check out this deal on plugs (http://www.rx8club.com/showpost.php?p=3046938&postcount=202).

I'd change the coils, plugs, and wires as suggested. Check you air filter and clean your MAF. I don't know how a new battery/starter is going to help fuel mileage unless you car takes a really really long time to start because of those. I have my original battery and starter.

Recall 4206f is not done? wow.

go get it done ASAP. but damages probably already done so ... ahh what the hell just get it done.

oh remember, when you're there (dealership) getting it done, tell them you experience "HUGE" amount of power loss on hot days. like it has no power when the weather is HOT. dont ask why, just DO IT. You will thank me later.
