Hey guys....I just purchased an '05 RX-8 with 26,000 miles.

Here are some of the issues I have:

Humidity in the tail lights (read that I just take it back to the dealer for a quick gasket swap)

Whenever I have my foot on the brake at a stop light or wherever, the car vibrates violently. The dealer said they are ordering me a new rubber piece to secure the engine mount.

Can anyone confirm this is correct?
Is driving the car now posing any safety risk?

I have heard that in cold weather, some people's 8's stall out while idle, is this true? If so, how can I avoid it?

Does anyone have any issues with one headlight shining brighter than the other?

I know these are alot of questions but I would appreciate it if you could answer them. Thanks!

You can get the gasket from the dealer (hopefully you're still under warranty).
Some people have had their gasket swapped multiple times without success.
Others (like me) drill tiny holes into the bottom of the tail light:

Motor mount is definitely a good place to start and is a known issue with older models.
An updated mount has been released with a different rubber material.

Too many possibilities... but wouldn't say it can only occur during cold weather.
Common things are spark plugs, plug wires, and coils.
But in cold weather let the engine warm up before driving it above 4K RPM

Remember the HID headlights have a "Z" pattern.
Maybe the top of the left light next to the right (which is higher) appears brighter. :dunno:
If you are uncertain, take a pic and post it so we can judge.
