Hi All,

Hope you all had a Merry Christmas and I hope you have a Happy New Year!

I just fitted Hymee's Grill Kit and all went very smooth, actually it was quite a sinch! So if your thinking about it or worried that it might be too hard there is no need to. The instructions and pictures that come with the kit are excellent.

Here is a picture of my car (before the Grill Kit).

Congrats. Once you've driven around with it for about a week, you'll see just how many bugs and leaves normally get through that hole. Hymee, L&L and I ended up with quite a collection of flora and fauna in our grills today after our drive through the Gold Coast Hinterland.

I wonder if I could do a revision where I angle the bottom row or two back a little to leave a small clearance to allow for said FOD to fall out, once they have been rendered safe?

Joe,

Thanks for the nice piccies :D

I really love the strakes, and they even look quite good on that yellow. The skirts look good in yellow as well.

I'm glad the grill kit went smoothly. I would like to hear others' feedback here on how the fitted their Chrissy present as well.

BTW - I like you sig. I had not seen that before now. I still like the power my LS1 put out, but the '8 out performs it in so many other areas. I would really like to post up a repeatable, cost effective "220 kW Recipe"! :D :D :D :D :D (that is what you would get if we find an extra 60HP)

Cheers,
Hymee.
