Heat shield for Cat Converter is loose and rattles like crazy....apears to have corroded. No error codes to suggest primary failure. (I do have ongoing p2070 issues that come and go with addition of Seafoam to gas/high revs)

Suggestions for a fix OTHER than replacement? Thanks!
