i was wndering if the side vent on the venders pop off like the back bumber by the exhaust or if there stuck there? thanks in advance

 

you mean the black plastice piece?

They come off, you have to turn the wheels all the way one direction, exposing the back on the wheel well, and take off those little screw things, and then pull the wheel well lining back, and then they are just like snapped in. The only tool you need is a Philips driver.
