I drive a Sunfire for 6 months out of the year (go winter in Canada :-/)

I have 8 days left 'till I get my 8 back. How do you think I feel right now?

All last summer I was on a field assignment for work and had a Mazda 3 and cobalt as rental cars for the whole time... definitely missed the car. Neither of the rental cars fared too well in autocross either :(

last summer I was without my 8 from June through September (school for the Army). I had a ford focus rental and I felt the same way...

You really don't apprciate your 8 until you don't have it.

Yeah, I had a Saturn Ion for three weeks (literally the biggest POS I have ever driven) while they replaced my engine and a Ford Taurus (felt like a caddy compared to the Ion but still a POS) for a week when they replaced my gas tank.

uhh try for 7 months. Was first semester of college and i didn't get a parking permit early so I couldn't get one. Then I got my parent's car because they went to a foreign country and my car was still in storage. I finally got my car back two weeks ago because I was so pissed off at the boat, a Toyota Highlander, that it made me physically sick to drive it.

I know its a little irrational but you do not know the agony I felt driving a car that always felt like it was gonna tip over that you just have to ignore it just to keep up with traffic. It's ability not to turn is so legendary that I could never take a ramp at the speed limit posted (was doing 20 for a 35 ramp).
