I have bought a couple of things from Fluid motorsports w/ no problems and damn near instant response to any questions that I may have had....in today's world I have almost come to expect this. The true test of a company is what do they do when things are not smooth and simple. I recently had a problem w/ a part I purchased from Fluid and not only did Brice remain in constant contact, he went out of his way to try and get things correct. I still had reservations about the order and decided to cancel it. Brice didn't try to coerce me into something else, didn't complain, just went w/ my decision and is issuing a refund! This, more than anything I have purchased, makes me positive I will do future purchases from Fluid motorsports and recommend them to others. Customer service is beyond what was expected and insures my future business.
