One thing I noticed though is that the article said that for the cars to be eligible, they had to be a new model or substantially change from the previous model year. Has the Prius changed that much from 2003 to 2004? Because this 1.3 is running up a gas tab 4x larger than my wife's SUV (and does about 2/3 of the miles I do). Like I said though the RX8 was second and that is good too. |
