My RX-8 is my only car.

Do they have snowtires that fit the RX-8's 18" wheels?

How do you get your regular tires home?

How much is a set of snow tires?

There aren't many mfgr's that make dedicated snow tires for our car as a matter of fact I went searching on The Tire Rack's web site and this came up:

http://www.tirerack.com/tires/Compare1.jsp?startIndex=0&vehicleSearch=true&width=225%2F&ratio=45&diameter=18&sortCode=53700&minSpeedRating=H&ratio=45&width=225%2F&diameter=18&minLoad=S&search=true&pagelen=20&pagenum=1&pagemark=1&performance=W&speed_rating=HR&speed_rating=VR&speed_rating=WR&speed_rating=YR&speed_rating=ZR&x=16&y=11

They also said they may be out of stock untill next fall! WTF!!

You may be able to find winter tires locally. Look for sizes 225/50-17, or 215/55-17, with which you'd need a separate set of wheels. There are also winter tires in the original equipment 18 inch size if you don't mind having tires remounted on your wheels seasonally.

Yes, look locally. I should have my 225/50-17 LM-22s this Monday or Tuesday. Also try calling NTB. They had the 225/45-18 LM-22, but I decided to go with separate wheels so I could swap them myself.
