I'm selling my Rockford Fosgate P3002 two channel amplifier and JL Audio 12w3v2 12" subwoofer in enclosure. Both items were professionally installed in my MX-3 for a year before I traded it in for my RX-8, and these have been sitting in my closet ever since.

Both items are like new, with no damage to them, and were in perfect working condition when removed from my car. There is no reason why they should not work now. Also note, the subwoofer was properly broken-in.

This is a great amplifier, and a great subwoofer. The combination of the two is perfect, as the sub performance is optimal with a 300 watt RMS (continuous) power source, which this amp provides. While the amp is rated at 300 watt RMS (a more accurate measurement of power), it provides 900 watts peak power (the number most other amplifiers use to rate their output).

I was very happy with this setup, as it replaced my previous two 10" subs, and the sound quality was phenominal.

The sub alone retails for $299 (from the above link), the enclosure probably around another $80, and the amp somewhere between $200-$250.
