Unhappy Whizzing Sound - Do I Need a Capacitor?

I had my system installed a couple months ago, and since then my car has made a: 'zzzzeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee' sound for about 30-60 seconds when I first turn it on. This sound is kind of like, if someone were using a riding lawnmower and were behind a house, and you were in the front of the house... if that makes sense. It's not a "screeming" or a "beep" so much as a "whizzing", but it's an electrical sounding "whizzing" definitely not caused by air or a belt. After I start driving it or after it sits for a minute, the sound goes away. I think it may have to do with the fact that I have a (2) 500W speakers and 2 amps that feed the speakers.

Here is my install thread:

Here is Jedi's install thread, he used a Boss 2 Farad Capacitor:

What is your opinion on me getting that same capacitor/the difficulty of installing that/what else I would have to buy to do it?

Or do you think it's my alternator? I have a new battery so don't think that's the problem.

It could be a conincedence. The air pump on passenger front is used for Emmisions upon start up.

Or bad ground. Funny thing a bad ground would be constant noise.

So it may be the air pump - and that's normal?

So if I only start my car once a week, this is completely normal?
