Does anyone know how to level this bulb?

Hem... I thought the ballast was self levelling. If not, might be a thread in the DIY forum.

The DRL/highbeam is a regular halogen. There is no ballast. I examined it, and there is nothing that indicates any sort of lever or dial to move up and down. I worry that when I change the H9, it will be misaligned. It looks like a twist assembly just like the fogs.
