I need some help with photoshop. I was wondering what an RX-8 would look like with Rally stripes. I really liked them on Silver Miatas and was just wondering. SOOOOO if anyone would like to throw out a pic or two (titanium with black would be preffered) it would be appreciated.

In other news, the shop called and my Volk wheels made it in from Japan, and will be coming to me in Germany ASAP! Pictures will be on the way soon!!

Are you talking about RACING STRIPES or RALLY DECALS?

either way its a bad idea

I know some people do it with decals, but paint is better. Either way, the more I thoght about it, I don't think they would flow with the lines of the car very well, Especially with the rotary shape in the hood.

Thanks, but i was thinking more along the lines of the two thick stripes from nose to tail (like on a viper)

If I have time I will try to Photoshop one. We do have a yellow with black stripes at Mazda South so I will snap some digital photos of it today or tomorrow just for fun.

IMO you should skip doing that

like I said before, the more I think about it, the more I don't think the stripes would go with the lines of the car.

I didn't see the yellow with black stripes today but they were replacing the oil pan on some of them so it may have been in service. I will check when I take back the RX-8 that I am driving today.
