(CGY)Sunridge Mazda Complaint...

So I brought my car into Sunridge Mazda today for this issue I was having here...
https://www.rx8club.com/series-i-tech-garage-22/loose-hose-vacuum-chamber-156868/

Long story short, a hose in my engine was disconnected (I suspect for quite some time now). It's related to the VFAD I think. Looks like the joint fell out when someone was messing with my airbox.

So I arrive at the dealer, and they said yeah it's disconnected (obviously). They then said it looks like someone tried gluing the connection back together. Basically pointing towards me...Which I did not. They asked me who worked on the car blah blah...Other than me only Sunridge has ever worked on my car. (I really wanted to ask them, doesn't that glue look like glue you have in the shop? Because I sure don't have that kind of glue.) Okay whatever I don't want to cause problems, so after an hr of "inspection" they said they'd order the part and fix it no charge...I'd have to bring it back in, in a few days...

The problem is...Here's what I found when I got home...

There is a set of F#$KING PLIERS and screwdriver in my engine bay. I drove 30 minutes home like this...

I'm going to have a fun chat with the service manager tomorrow...They are lucky they are closed when I got home...

WTF...how come you got free tools with your service. You would think with the amount of times my car was in the shop I would have gotten some free tools...What a rip off!!!

Sunridge haad been good for me even though i only been there twice. I take my car to northhill most of the time but there had been once bad service directly from the service manager. I think i mentioned it before on this forum about having wheel lock stuck on all my 5zigens. I went to northhill cuz none of other places had any idea how to take them off beside breaking the wheels and i thought they could came up with some better ideas. They actually tried to even tighten one of the locks more tight cuz they thought if they gave it more torque, it might came off itself. AND as I guessed, no luck but they freaking charged me 90 dollars for doing nothing effective on my car. Not to mention, all the shops that i had been to never charged me a peny for doing something unsuccessfully.
That was just one part of the story. I went to another tirecraft and they were smart like geniuses . They bolt a flat head screwdriver kit on the drill and moved 3 of the locks but the only one (I was assuming the one that northhill gave more torque to) couldnt come off by the way they did for other 3. eventually one wheel was broken. of course i went back to northill to fight about it, but the service manager kept saying they didnt torque that specific wheel (I certainly remembered they told me they tightened one) but all others. alright, 300 bux spent on the wheel again from my own pocket. what can I say...

Busy with schoolwork today. Heading in tomorrow after school. I doubt anything is gonna happen, I mean what are they supposed to do? Free oil changes for life!

But yeah, I'm still gonna have a word with them for sure...

My new note to self: Check tire directions, check tire pressure, check gasmeter, check body, check inside, AND check for free tools in engine bay before leaving dealership...
