I believe its a shop that sells top of the line cars with some modifactions.
All the cars had rims

I also saw that car too. The thing in the middle is the Front License Plate. It has a picture of the company's logo.
Also the RX8 had either 19" or 20" rims on it. Most likely 20"s!!!
I will try to go back by there when there are open to get more info.
