Anyone have a suggestion for diagnostic Code Scanner / Reader?

Thoughts on the Actron cp9135?

We need a CAN BUS compliant reader and that one does not appear to be. It is also seems to be a discontinued model since it is not listed on www.actron.com I have the ScanGauge II (http://www.rx8club.com/showthread.php?t=97691) and have been happy with it.
