Sidewaysrx8 posted several items forsale in Feb. We agreed on a price for a Agency Power Pulley and belt, after several PMs. I paid via paypal on 2/17 and sent PM with shipping address and payment confirmation. Sidewaysrx8 replied that he would ship the following day. I requested the tracking number at that time. It has been over three weeks ---- no communication from sidewaysrx8 at all. I have PM'd several times.

 DON'T TRUST SIDEWAYSRX8!!!!!

depends on how long it took to get the money back. if it took months i'd still want to make sure he was here since i wouldn't do business with someone who relies on his girlfriend to take care of his situation after not manning up.

meh, theres always gonna be sour transactions. thats the realism of it, buyer beware. I think as long as someone managed to get it taken care of somehow, it can go.

Why?? The guy ignored the buyer for 3 freakin weeks! Then he had to have his girly friend bail his punk ass out. The thread needs to stay. Would you buy anything off this guy now? Answer is NO, so others need to see this and make their own decision.

^agreed!

The shipment takes longer than 2 weeks, whoever is shipping is a bad guy. Period!

Ofcourse unless it's international shipment...then I'll allow a month! that's it!

Dude, its a small ass pulley and belt. He could have used a bubbled envelope (of course a small box would be preferred but just saying) at the post office to send them. From the date he recieved the $ it should not have taken more than a week to get it. The main point is the guy ignored the buyer after the $ was sent. That is unacceptable no matter what circumstances prevented the seller from honoring the sale.
