I am venting at this point of my disatisfaction with Polack graphics. Back on Feb.15th i ordered a t-shirt and a decal, to this date i have recieved nothing and am getting the brick wall:banghead: on my order when i ask for a resolution.:rant:, Finally got my stuff today after i whined and sniveled to Post office and Polack, happy now, apparently USPS lost package...:)

it's been more than a week since I ordered, I emailed him on the forum and to his email address on the website. No response at all. Nothing in the mail. I am very dissapointed and suprised how someone can do business without ever communicating to their buyers.

I havent seen him around in a long time.... I think there was an issue with his business burning down or something... ??

Well if that's the case, it is illegal for him to have his site routing you to paypal to pay...that should mean he is in business and he is liable.

I didnt say he was out of business, I think things are just mixed up right now... Hes a good guy, Im sure you will get your stuff from him. I will look out for him and let him know your concern.

I have ordered numerous things from Polak over the years and he has been a pleasure to deal with. I hope he takes care of this Issue and he doesn't let something so small ruin his rep around here.

I ordered a set of brake decals years ago and usps lost them too. Im sure the post box truck had them on.LOL
he made it right and shipped another set with no questions.that and I am local so he knew I would come after him for $10 bucks LOL.

i ordered some decals and didn't get any sort of confirmation from him at all.. but 3 days later they arrived.. so i didn't complain ;)

My gf ordered a shirt from them for me, back in november 2007. Still haven't received it.

I know he is moderator on the forum, and a very liked member. But if he is a moderator he should hold himself to better standards. And maybe he doesn't know what he is doing is illegal to take money and never send any goods within a reasonable time limit. My advise to him would be stop accepting paypal / directing people to paypal from his site until he is ready to fulfil orders on time, and to get his current backlog cleared.

If this continues on, he can end up in more trouble than just bad publicity

I have to apologize. I just wanted to let everyone know that Polak did contact me concerning my order 10 days ago.

He contacted me via the email attached to my PayPal account. I never use that email address, but that would make since that he would try to contact me via that email address. It never even dawned on me to check that old email account.

I just wanted to be the honest person here and do the right thing by Polak. You can't bury someone who is at least trying to do their part to make your purchase right and satisfactory.

I will keep everyone posted of my order status. In the mean time, Polak I apologize for being a doubter and thanks your effort.

Hi all, I just resolved an order with PoLak.

The Good:
I got all my caliper decals (and the color doesn't matter to me since I'm using them as templates)
I got a refund for things that weren't available
His phone number is on the letterhead that came with the decals
He didn't want me to bother returning items sent in error
He sent stuff to the correct address, despite my order having the wrong one

The Bad:
The website's stock list is wrong, I ordered two silver decals, and he doesn't have any. The site still says they are available and I pretty badly want some, but I guess I'll never get any.
I was sent yellow decals instead of silver ones
He's pretty tough to reach, I sent a PM and three email about my address and never heard back from him
Damn, I really want some silver RX8Club stickers!

The Skinny:
He's selling the business, and the new owner can hopefully update the stock

That's some crappy timing there but can you go into a little more detail? The random post linked above said he is not keeping his inventory up to date on his site. In addition he seems to not be responding to orders or emails about orders . I bought some decals/tshirt on 5/13. I emailed Fri. morning so there's still some benefit of the doubt with the long weekend on the email response. Worse though he's keeping the site up, without valid inventory, and taking paypal orders.

Hope you did well on the legal part of the transfer. You might be buying a lemon if it's gonna be your obligation satisfying all the orders that he already took money for over the last couple weeks.

The new paypal account has not been added to the site yet, as soon as it is, Mark is going to fwd me all the current orders. I will have a fully restocked inventory by July 11th. Dude 3-4 weeks for a 4 small decals. I can not blame you but Mark is just wrong for taking money and not telling people he is out of the loop. Then not returning email or calls is way wrong and unprofessional. Does he know that this is a form of mail fraud? really you guys have to get it together and shippout what has been ordered so you do not hold up any other people. I ordered in advance of what I was trying to do and I had to put my car back together and not I have to wait for you to ship and take it apart and do the work and put it all back together again. It is just wrong!

I have contacted Mark numerous times sent him a copy of my paypal receipt and still no response? Finally I had to escalate this with paypal to a claim. I really makes no sence to cheat the people who send you the business from a club where they can rate your business and its activity when much of your main business is based on and comes from the club? Duh?

You sir, have absolutely no patience. I have told you in every email that I will ship your order as soon as the decals are back in stock. I never said I would ship, I CLEARLY told you I am out of stock and am waiting for a restock on ALL decals. I never said there are printer problems. I said the print shop is having problems weeding the decals. Please do not put words in my mouth. I do not print these decals from my home, I have a professional print shop do that for me. Another thing, I don't control Mark, I am not his dad. It is not my fault he is not answering your emails; he is a VERY busy gentlemen.

How dare you say that I am cheating people out of their money. Polak Graphics has been a business on this board for almost 4 years. No problem has gone unresolved. Nobody has ever been cheated. I have over 20 people on this board, spread throughout the USA, who can vouch for me when I say I am a legit and very respectable businessman.

Like I wrote in the PM I literally just sent you before I saw this thread. I have 6 other people who ordered White Mazdaspeed decals; I emailed them as soon as I received their order. I let them know I am out of stock, but will be receiving a restock and when I do I will ship out that day if possible. They understood my situation, they have the patience to wait for their product.

I'm sorry you had to escalate this to a paypal claim. I could have easily given you a refund, all you had to do was say you wanted your money back.
