Just in case you haven't thought about it, enclosed is a pic of my a/c and fan controls. I took a "liquid silver pencil" and dabbed it on a paper plate, then I took a toothpick and dabbed liquid into indent on each knob. makes it easier to see where your controls are set. Hope it helps

Try re-sizing the picture to something more reasonable like 800x600.

Sounds good, just don't paint over the arrow on the knobs. This is backlit at night and when painted over might make the knobs hard to see at night.

Only thing to paint is the tiny indentation (my silver dot) on the black part of the dial that faces you. Don't go near anything else. My picture clearly shows the newly painted silver "dot" on each dial. Don't understand why mazda didn't do it-cost is nominal.
