I am guessing your talking about starting from a standstill? A title only search for
'launch ' will get you many answers.

Finding that out is part of the fun of owning a 6-speed sports car. The car will communicate back to you when your using it right. But the revs for efficiency & power are far apart. To get the best mileage you want to want to shift in to the highest gear as quickly as possible. For power you would want to delay the up-shifts till the RPM's are near 8,500 RPM. But the best answer is for you to drive your car the way you want to.

5200 (torque peak) to redline (hp peak)!!!! :ylsuper: But that not effecient at all. If driving with a good mpg in mind I stay between 2800 and 3800-->(this is where the secondry port will open) although I do go past 4k time to time.

Taint that simple - 3800 may be where the secondary ports open under WOT, but the computer will open them or keep them shut wherever it wants to, depends.
If you sit and rev, the ECU knows you don't need more power so may use just one set'o'ports.....

oo so the power of the engine increases most significantly from rev 5200 and up to redline?!
oh ya i usually stay in between 2000 and 3000 in normal circumstances...also to save the oil!..........
