Multi-quote not working for me?

Multi-quote not working for me?

I used to just click on + and be able to multi-quote the post along with another one by clicking quote. For some reason it no longer works. I have XP and I'm using IE. Am I doing something wrong?

Oh BTW this is not working for my friend too!

This hasn't worked for me in months. Also, the "quick reply" button is sketchy at best.
