Sorry about the late reply the website was down. The tires are not feathered or cupped as I can tell by running my hand over the edges. I don't remeber why the customer requested to replace the tire. I think he wanted something with better wet handling and a little bit quiter. Very little noise when I drove his vehicle. Usual oem tire noise front these tires. I'm located in Durham NC 27713 but I work in Cary NC.
