He says "Sold to you sir.. my paypal is r32star@yahoo.com. I'll try to ship em out first thing tomorrow so you have a shot at getting them by saturday via priority mail. "

It's October 1st now and I have no item. After a huge number of PMs and emails sent by me that was the last time I heard from him too. I know he logged into the site after that so he just ignored the PM's and emails and didn't die right after I paid him.

Made a paypal claim and got less than half the money back.

 

Why did you get less than half your money back? in the past i've been able to get my full amount back.

 

if they withdrew all their money from paypal and deleted their bank account, there is no way to get back the money

 

Paypal indicated that the amount they gave me was all they had in his account, his account was still open, and they can't just take it because it was an off eBay transaction.

 

you should definitely contact your credit card or bank... you should get your full money back... what fraud.. dont let paypal off the hook like that.
