He had the escort 8500 x50 for sale. Bought it from him on JUNE 13th for 200$usd shipped.

1 week later it hasn't arrived. Left him a pm. no response. Got his email from my paypay transcation. Left him an email. He said it's shipped via ups, he'll get an update from ups. He doesn't check the forums anymore because he no longer has the rx-8.

2 weeks later to the current-- I still haven't recieved the radar, nor has he answered my additional emails. I made a paypal dispute so far.

Anyone have any problems in the past with him? Does anyone know him? I just don't want to get screwed.

I thought your job was to enforce the law :p: and unfortunately someone a long time ago made the decision that speed kills not the dumb decision making about when and where to speed and by how much. Because of course a Datsun 120Y is totally safe doing 100kmh on a freeway!!!! but I cant do 110kmh!!!

I bought an ECU from Acclaim about a year ago and he followed through on the deal. :dunno:

He did seem a bit scattered at times like his decision to sell off his entire kit shortly after he had purchased it.

After I think about a month a week, I finally got the damn radar. Packaged very well.
No communication through the deal except for the beginning. he only responded once to paypal when I made a paypal claim. We won't be seeing him anymore because he sold his 8.
