How much boost would I have to run before i would have to switch to diesel?

25 psi is acceptable for this engine.

Some people got it thru 50 psi, but thats with extreme tunning.

I run 1 psi only.

Forget about the fags in the forum, tune it with 25 psi in mind, You'll be extremely happy with the results (about 200HP & 190 TQ increase!)
