I know about the group buy, and if I was also buying wheels with the tires I would have gone that way. Since I was only buying tires, I bought them from a local shop so that they would mount/balance them. I almost did the same thing .... got it last night :) f1michel 09-30-2003, 03:04 PM like i posted i got mine monday and the lady at CS said that whenever they type your serial number they would know that you have free service as it's already in the data base . fasteddy 10-01-2003, 06:39 AM My cheque arrived yesterday, and I had recently been into my dealer for a "quick" oil change (i.e. sooner than the 8,000 km recommended first maintenance), and he acknowledged the free scheduled maintenance at every 8,000 km and put it on my service records in their computer. That's a good thing. Since I did the oil change at 4,000 km, I chose not to have it covered for free and will do the full regular maintenance at the ordinary time ... which will be pretty soon, the way my son drives! |
