We expect to take delivery this wednesday, however the car won't be run in and we also have other commitments on the 19th.

Any plans for another meet in the near future?

ZRX8 - if you have time pop by and say G'day, even if you can't make it for the rest of the trip.

What are you getting (colour, trim etc)?

Welcome aboard ZRX8,

It is a pity you can't make it along. A good chance to put some good miles on the car taking up and down through the revs, under various load conditions - excellent for running in. How is it going anyway? I don't think any of us have lost our smiles yet.

As for organising another cruise, well anyone can do that! None of us own this place. I would suggest anyone wanting to organise a cruise, post a thread with the subject "DISCUSSION: CRUISE on the xth...." to gauge people reactions to a good date. I had to do that last time, and in my haste I picked out Fathers day :(

I'm sure others have some good ideas on where to go for drives. I'm just lucky that I have been on a few trips with other like minded mates, so have a few ideas...

Personally I don't post the full details on here other than the meeting place and time, as this is a public forum, but this Sunday's trip will head out west a bit then north a bit before coming back. Lots of nice open stuff, and some nice twisties. The more the merrier. Don't forget it is handy to get a handheld 40ch UHF radio to keep in contact with the convoy!

Cheers,
Hymee.

I can't wait to see your black one in the flesh. That is one nice colour. So is the RX-8 in Yellow, Red, Blue, Silver, White ..... hehehe

sco & I saw a Titanium RX-8 and Titanium RX-7 having a run down the SE Freeway together yesterday at about 12:45. Looked cool.

Cheers,
Hymee.

PS - Anymore takers for the cruise?
